Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using ApplicationIQ. By downloading or using the app, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
ApplicationIQ is an iOS application that helps users track job applications. It offers manual entry and, for Pro subscribers, automatic detection of job-related emails via Gmail integration and access to analytics features.
You must be at least 13 years old to use ApplicationIQ. By using the app you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm you have permission from a parent or guardian.
Free Plan
The free plan allows you to manually track up to 5 job applications on a lifetime basis. Deleting applications does not reset this limit.
ApplicationIQ Pro
Pro is a monthly subscription that unlocks unlimited application tracking, Gmail auto-import, and Analytics. Subscription is billed monthly through your Apple ID account. Your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain Pro access until then. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
Price Changes
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. You will be notified in advance of any price changes through the App Store.
ApplicationIQ Pro requires you to connect your Gmail account via Google Sign-In. By connecting your Gmail you grant the app read-only access to your inbox for the sole purpose of detecting job application emails. You can revoke this access at any time through your Google account settings or within the app's Settings screen.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to connect the Gmail account you provide. Do not connect an account that belongs to someone else.
ApplicationIQ uses an AI service (Anthropic's Claude API) to classify emails as job-related or not. This classification is automated and may not always be accurate. We are not liable for misclassified emails, missed applications, or incorrect status assignments. You can manually correct any entry at any time within the app.
You agree not to:
All content, design, code, and branding within ApplicationIQ is owned by the developer. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. Nothing in these terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.
Your use of ApplicationIQ is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. All job application data is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to your data.
Authentication is handled via Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Apple ID.
ApplicationIQ is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated classifications.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer of ApplicationIQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost job opportunities, missed application deadlines, or data loss, arising from your use of or inability to use the app.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the app shall not exceed the amount you paid for your subscription in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to ApplicationIQ at our discretion, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases immediately. Since all data is stored locally, your data remains on your device.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of ApplicationIQ shall be resolved in the courts of Indiana.
